Cancellation and Refund
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Before Production: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges if production has not started. Please contact our customer service team at nidhicreationsindore@gmail.com with your order details.
After Production Begins: If the order has already entered the production phase, cancellation may not be possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation may be deducted from the refund.
Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of customized orders, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
1.2 Nidhi Creations-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to issues such as payment problems, inaccurate or incomplete information, or product unavailability. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Standard Products: Refunds for standard products are available if the item is returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Customized Products: Refunds are not available for customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2.2 Conditions for Refunds:
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund.
2.3 Process for Refunds:
Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at nidhicreationsindore@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Exchanges:
Standard Products: Exchanges for standard products are available if requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Customized Products: Exchanges are not available for customized products unless they are defective or damaged.
